Mortimer - London’ along the top flats, inlaid with a single platinum line and platinum touch-holes, exquisitely engraved tangs, incorporating rear-sights, and decorated with foliage and stands of arms retaining all original finish, signed bevelled locks profusely engraved with stands of arms and foliage, fitted with sliding safety catches, water proof pans, retaining most original colour, full-stocked in walnut cut with chequering at the grips, with silver barrel bolt escutcheons and vacant silver escutcheons, blued steel mounts comprising trigger guards decorated with stands of arms on the bows and pineapple finials, turned ramrod pipes and brass mounted ramrods with concealed worms: contained in their original baise lined and fitted case with full accessories including powder flask, bullet mould, cleaning rod etc. A lovely pair of Officers pistols in mint condition.
