An 1845 Infantry Officers Sword.
An 1845 Infantry Officers Sword by Buckmaster & Co., London. With slightly curved single edged blade, double edged towards the tip, foliate engraved blade with stands of arms and Royal Cypher, with makers name at the forte, regulation Gothic hilt with VR cartouche, wire bound fish-skin covered grip, in its brass scabbard.
