A Very Good Pair of Percussion Officers Pistols by Hamburger & Co. London. With browned sighted barrels engraved 'LONDON', along the top flats, case colour hardened breeches decorated with foliage with platinum plugs, profusely engraved barrel tangs fitted with rear-sights, signed border engraved locks decorated with sprays of foliage and fitted with sliding safety catches, cocks decorated en suite, full stocked in walnut cut with chequering at the grips, with horn fore-end caps, vacant rectangular escutcheons, with engraved steel mounts, trigger guards decorated with foliage on the bows and pineapple finials and captive ramrods. These pistols retain most of their original finish and would benefit from casing.
