A Rare 80 Bore Flintlock Four-Barrelled Box-Lock Tap-Action Pistol by Twigg. With turn-off barrels numbered from ‘5’ to ‘8’, border engraved breeches and action in one piece, the action decorated with scrolling foliage and signed TWIGG within an oval to the left, with a tap on one side and sliding pan cover to the right, engraved thumb piece safety catch also lock the pan, trigger guard decorated with a flower head on the bow, figured bevelled walnut butt with vacant shield shaped escutcheon.
