A Good Pair of Flintlock Pocket Pistols by Croizier of Paris. With two-stage turn-off cannon barrels, double line engraved box-lock actions, signed ‘CROIZIER A PARIS’ on the right hand side panel and decorated with stands of arms to the left, cocks decorated with serpents, frizens decorated en suite, swelling walnut butts decorated with carved foliage around the tangs, beautifully engraved trigger guards: in what appears to be their original lined close-fitting case with all accessories including powder flask, combined bullet mould and barrel key, the case leather lined with brass furniture.
