A 16-Bore Flintlock Officers Pistol by Tirebuck of London, Circa 1800. With large browned sighted octagonal barrel, with a gold band at the breech and platinum plug, beautifully engraved breech tang fitted with raised back sight, signed stepped bevelled lock fitted with a sliding safety catch that locks at half-cock, full-stocked in walnut, cut with deep chequering at the grip and horn fore-end cap, rectangular white metal vacant escutcheon, engraved steel mounts comprising trigger decorated with martial trophies on the bow with pineapple finial, completed with captive ramrod.
