A Very Crisp Manhattan .36 Calibre Revolver. Series V. With blued sighted octagonal barrel stamped, ‘MANHATTAN FIREARMS CO. NEWARK N.J. / PATENTED MARCH 8.186..’ and stamped with Birmingham proofs. Crisp roll engraved six-shot cylinder also stamped with Birmingham proofs, case colour hardened frame with silvered trigger guard and back-strap, stamped with matching serial numbers throughout, ‘3209’. A very nice example retaining much original colour.
