A Superb Pair of Flintlock Officers Pistols by Jn Jones & Son. With sighted browned octagonal barrels engraved LONDON long the top flat and stamped with London proofs at the breech, foliate engraved steel tangs, bevelled border engraved locks, signed JN JONES & SON beneath the pans, full-stocked in walnut with flat-sided butts, completed with iron mounts comprising trigger guard engraved with flowers on the bow and pineapple finials with steel ramrod pipes and original horn tipped ramrods. In lovely condition overall, ideal for casing.
