A Superb 1892 Pattern Household Cavalry Troopers Sword
An 1892 Pattern Household Cavalry Troopers Sword. In near mint condition. With unsharpened single edged slightly curved blade, double edged at the point, cut with a central fuller and stamped at the forte with various ordnance stamps and ‘NCO MESS’ with regulation steel hilt pierced with scrolls and a crown over ‘HC’, wire bound fish skin grip, in steel scabbard with two fixed and one loose suspension ring, complete with buff leather hilt liner and sword knot of leather strap and acorn.
