A Small 60-Bore Flintlock Box-Lock Pocket Pistol by D. Egg, London. With turn-off barrel (some bruising) engraved with a foliate band at the rear and numbered 1 at the lug, rounded breech numbered to correspond, signed beneath the rectangular pan and engraved with characteristic branch on each side, border engraved action finely decorated with a differing trophy above a line of guilloche on both sides, thumb piece safety-catch also locking the steel, ring-neck cock with a serpent engraved on each side, folding trigger within a garland, figured flat-sided butt (some chips).
