With slightly curved fullered blade double edged towards the point and etched with scrolling foliage and stands of arms, solid silver hilt comprising D-form guard with slotted guard and fluted knucklebow, silver pommel in the form of a scowling lions head, spirally fluted ivory grip bound with a single strand of silver wire.
