A Three Bar Siege Weight Helmet, English, 17th Century. With heavy rounded two-piece skull riveted together, pivoted pointed peak with recessed turned edge and carrying a three-bar face guard joined at the bottom to form a blunt point, bluntly pointed neck-guard of simulated lames with turned recessed edge. Ear pieces missing.
