A Rifled 22-Bore Flintlock Pistol by P. Bond London. With round turn-off barrel, cut with rifling and fitted with a side-mounted sprung bayonet (bayonet catch at end of barrel absent – see photographs) border engraved box-lock action, signed ’No. 45 CORNHILL LONDON’ within an oval to the left and ‘P.BOND’ within an oval above the bayonet catch, fitted with a sliding safety catch that also locks the pan, border engraved cock, replacement top-jaw screw, swelling chequered butt, with silver butt cap.
