With round turn-off cannon barrels, stamped with London proofs at the breech and engraved ‘BOUGHTON’ foliate engraved tangs, signed border engraved locks, decorated with foliage at the tails, unusual half-stocks swelling at the butts, with silver-side plates, escutcheons and lions head grotesque masks, steel trigger guards and border engraved fore-ends.
