With brass turn-off barrels decorated with bands of foliage at the muzzles, struck below with Birmingham proofs, signed to the left of the breech, ‘MEREDITH & MOXHAM’ and ‘LONDON’ to the right, border engraved actions decorated with stands of arms, fitted above with sliding safety catches that also lock the pans, flat sided walnut butts with diamond shaped escutcheons.
