With round sighted barrel, dated flat lock with crowned ‘V.R.’ over ‘TOWER’ and dated 1845, full-stocked in walnut and stamped with various British Military inspection marks, regulation brass mounts including butt plate stamped ‘A YC / E / 64’ on the heel of the tang, saddle bar ring and stirrup ramrod, Ordnance view and proof marks.
