With round turn-off rifled barrel engraved with a band of foliage at the muzzle, signed, engraved steel box-lock action, stamped below with Birmingham proofs, fitted with a sliding safety catch that also locks the pan, slab sided walnut butt, with vacant octagonal white metal escutcheon.
