A Clean 16-Bore Flintlock Officers Pistol by Hegley of London. With round blacked barrel, stamped with London proofs at the breech, tang engraved with stands of arms, stepped, bevelled lock, signed ‘HEGLEY’ decorated with stands of arms at the tail, full stocked in walnut with brass mounts comprising trigger guard decorated with foliage on the bow and pineapple finial, engraved ramrod pipes with original horn tipped ramrod with worm. A nice honest pistol, in lovely untouched condition.
