A Flintlock Blunderbuss by Barber of London. With flared steel barrel, stamped with London proofs and Barbars own barrel smiths mark at the breech, plain steel tang, curved signed lock, missing dog-catch safety at rear of the cock, full-stocked in walnut with raised apron around the tang and lock, small crack at front of lock, with plain brass mounts comprising pierced side-plate, vacant escutcheon, butt plate, trigger guard and turned ramrod pipes, with brass tipped ramrod and original steel sling mounts front and rear.
