A Cased Pair of Flintlock Duelling Pistols by Wilson of London. With swamped, sighted, browned barrels engraved along the top flats with the makers name and address, profusely engraved tangs fitted with standing rear-sights, stepped, bevelled locks, signed within a wreath, fitted with sliding safety catches and decorated with star-bursts at the tails of the locks, full-stocked in walnut cut with deep chequering at the grips, engraved brass mounts comprising foliate butt-plate and trigger guards decorated with flower heads on the bow with stylised pineapple finials, turned ramrod pipes with horn tipped ramrods: in their original lined and fitted box, with powder flask, loading rod, bullet mould, with original trade label.
