A Cased 54-Bore Deane Adams & Son 5-Shot Percussion Revolver, Serial No. 19329R. With sighted blued octagonal barrel, signed in full along the top-flat, DEANE & SON 30 KING WILLIAM ST. LONDON BRIDGE foliate engraved blued frame engraved ADAMS PATENT No. 19329R and B3893 to the right, case-hardened cylinder stamped with the Patent No and London proofs, trigger guard decorated with sprays of foliage, ovoid butt cap retaining traces of original engraving, finely chequered walnut grips, retaining nearly all original finish: in its original lined and fitted oak case with accessories including Dixon & Sons powder flaks with split-ring for suspension, and brass bullet mould, etc. The interior of the lid with original trade label, the exterior with vacant brass escutcheon. A very good cased set.
