A Flintlock Cannon Barrel Pistol for Restoration. With round three-stage cannon barrel, stamped at the breech with London proofs and Walsinghams own barrel smiths mark, border engraved box-lock action, signed on the left panel and decorated with scrolling foliage to the right, sliding trigger-guard safety catch, with slab sided walnut grip.
The pistol needs a gentle external clean overall. The mechanism needs some attention, it holds at half cock but does not engage at full cock. The top jaw and screw need replacing.
