A 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Sword. Of regulation specifications, with curved fullered blade, stamped ’21’ on the back edge, steel regulation stirrup hilt with langets, lobed rear quill, knuckle guard pierced for a sword knot, ribbed leather covered grip in original steel scabbard, with two suspension rings. The scabbard is stamped with a ’T’ on the drag. In good clean order.
