1858 Pattern Cavalry Troopers Sword.
34.5” blade stamped Weyersberg Kirschbaum & cie, Solingen and dated ‘87.
The sword has its original steel scabbard with various inspection marks. Both sword and scabbard are stamped with the Regimental marks V. F.E.L for the Forfar Light Horse Volunteers. The leather grip slabs remain in very good condition but the blade is excellent with its original polished finish.
