An Ornate Percussion Back Action Pistol, Circa 1845. With sighted browned octagonal barrel engraved with scrolling foliage at the breech with case-hardened breech plug profusely engraved with geometric designs, profusely engraved barrel tang, profusely engraved back-action lock decorated with a floral border and scrolling foliage, cock decorated en suite, retaining much original colour, deeply chequered walnut stock, with profusely engraved steel mounts comprising trigger guard with stylised pineapple finial and floral butt cap, with captive ramrod.
