An Incredibly Rare 25-Bore 1856 Pattern Percussion Rifled Service Pistol With Detachable Shoulder-Stock, Dated 1858. With leaf-sighted barrel rifled with four grooves, plain tang, flat dated lock stamped with TOWER and with VR crowned on the tail, figured full stock stamped with suppliers name Moxham stamped with numerous War Department and inspectors marks, the butt pierced for shoulder stock and stamped ELYC 3RD 44 (East Lothian Yeomanry Cavalry), regulation brass mounts, the shoulder stock with iron attachment mount with sprung catch, iron lanyard ring and stirrup ramrod, Ordnance view and proof marks.
