An English Silver Hilted Small Sword, Circa 1760. With plain colichmade blade of hollow triangular section, hilt cast, pierced and chased with martial trophies, with chased foliate borderland comprising double shell guard, quillon block, knuckle-guard and globular pommel with button finial, and grip bound with silver ribbon and twisted silver wire.
Notes:
I can make out a London hallmark and possibly the date letter ‘M’ dating it to 1767.
