John Tarles (Senior)

He was apprenticed to Mathew Van Briggen and was admitted to the freedom of the Gunmakers' Company on 13th January 1670. His son, also John, was apprenticed to him on 8th October 1685. In 1691 he was elected renter warden and in 1692 upper warden of the Company.
