With sighted barrel and stamped with numerous inspection and proof marks at the breech (some light pitting around breech and nipple), dated border engraved lock stamped V.R. crowned over Tower, full stocked stamped with numerous Board of Ordnance marks on one side of the butt, regulation brass mounts including butt-plate, with spur trigger guard, missing its saddle-bar and ring with stirrup ramrod.
