A Superb Little Flintlock Blunderbuss Pistol. With belled two stage brass barrel, signed to the side of the barrel, ‘BATTLE’ and ‘O’LEMMON’ profusely engraved box-lock action, border engraved and decorated with stands of arms, fitted with sliding thumb-piece safety catch also locking the steel, trigger guard decorated with a flower head on the bow, chequered walnut butt, with concealed ramrod in the butt, brass butt cap. Stamped with Birmingham proofs. In sleepy untouched condition overall.
