With three-stage octagonal to round barrel, belled at the muzzle., stamped with Birmingham proofs and signed ‘LONDON’ along the top-flat, fitted with a sprung bayonet above. bayonet retained by catch on the tang, strong spring, stepped, bevelled lock, signed in script and fitted with a sliding safety catch, full-stocked in walnut, cut with a band of chequering at the wrist. Engraved brass mounts comprising butt-plate, trigger guard and ramrod pipes, horn tipped ramrod with iron worm. In good untouched condition. Would clean up beautifully…or just left!
