A Silver Mounted Flintlock Tap-Action Pistol by Probin, With round turn-off barrels decorated with geometric bands at the muzzle, numbered ‘1’ and ‘2’ and stamped with Tower of London private proofs. Border engraved box-lock action decorated on both sides, signed ‘J. Probin’ on one side and ‘London’ on the other. Flat sided butt decorated with scrolling silver wire to the edge of the butt and finely scrolling wire to the back of the grip. In good clean order.
