A Regimentally Marked Flintlock Light Dragoon for the 7th Light Dragoons. Of regulation specification, with round barrel stamped with Tower private proof marks and what appears to be the barrel smith mark ‘RW’ for Richard Wilson, flat border engraved lock with crown in the centre (engraving refreshed) full stocked in walnut (numerous repairs to the woodwork) and engraved beneath with original owners initials ‘AB’, regulation brass mounts comprising side-plate, trigger guard engraved with ‘F/6’ on the bow and turned ramrod pipe, with replacement brass mounted ramrod.
