A 54-Bore Percussion ‘Wedge Frame’ Self Cocking Five-Shot Revolver, Mid 19th Century. With blued octagonal sighted barrel engraved around the muzzle, blued cylinder struck with Birmingham proofs, border engraved frame, butt and trigger guard, frame stamped ‘LONDON PATENT No. 36206’ bright hammer with sprung safety-lever, bright Kerr-type rammer, chequered figured rounded walnut grip.
