With sighted octagonal barrel, signed ‘W & J RIGBY DUBLIN’ engraved breech plug with triple platinum line and platinum plug, profusely engraved tang with rear-sight, back-action lock profusely engraved and signed ‘W & J RIGBY’ on a scroll, cock decorated en suite, (screw a replacement) half-stocked in walnut (major repairs to the woodwork) with engraved steel mounts comprising oval butt cap decorated with a spray of foliage, trigger guard decorated with foliage on the bow and stylised pineapple finial, and turned ramrod pipes, replacement ramrod.
