A 28 Bore Percussion Belt Pistol. With sighted octagonal round barrel, decorated with a geometric band around the muzzle, stamped with Birmingham proofs and ‘WJ’ beneath, fitted with captive ramrod, foliate engraved brass box-lock action, fitted with rear-sight, fitted with sprung belt-hook, dolphin headed cock decorated with scrolling foliage, finely chequered walnut butt, with vacant oval escutcheon, domed butt cap with engraved butt-trap, trigger guard decorated with a spray of foliage on the bow. In good clean working order.
