With unusual ‘Claymore’ blade etched with makers name and crown and royal arms within a decorative panel and crowned fouled anchor, regulation gilt brass hilt with lions head pommel, folding guard engraved with original owners name, ‘J. H. Jacob R. N.’ in original black leather scabbard with scroll engraved mounts and two rings for suspension, in good clean condition, some scattered pitting to the blade.
