With octagonal sighted barrels, decorated with a geometric band at the muzzles and signed in full along the top flats, ‘SMITH LONDON’ stated below with London proofs, fitted with captive ramrods, engraved box-lock actions decorated with scrolling foliage, fitted with standing rear-sights and sliding safety catches, engraved cocks, chequered bag-shaped butts with vacant oval escutcheons, fitted with blued belt clips.

Notes:
It appears that the pistols have been varnished and retain a large amount of original colour beneath.
