A Pair of Continental Rifled Percussion Target Pistols, Mid 19th Century. With browned octagonal sighted barrels, foliate engraved breeches and profusely engraved tangs fitted with standing rear sights and numbered, ‘1’ and ‘2’ in gold, profusely engraved locks, border engraved and decorated with foliage throughout, half-stocked in walnut cut with chequering at the grip and drawn to a point at the fore-ends (some cracking and wear to stocks) no provision for ramrods, profusely engraved domed butt caps and spurred trigger guards decorated en suite, pistols with set-triggers.
