A 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Officers Sabre.

With curved etched blade, some sword strike marks to the cutting edge, blued and gilt with scrolling foliage, stands of arms, regulation steel stirrup hilt, with wire bound fish-skin grip, in its steel scabbard with two suspension rings. A very good example.
