With round barrel decorated with a band of scrolling at the muzzle and line engraved at the breech, scrolling border engraved box-lock, fitted with sliding safety catch that also locks the frizen, decorated with stand of arms, signed WALLIS on the left side of the breech and HULL to the right, chequered walnut grip, struck with Birmingham proofs.

Made box-lock flintlock pocket pistols with silver butt caps, and three barrel flintlock coach pistols with single hammer and pan, barrels rotated by hand. On some of his pieces the under sprung bayonet was released by sliding back the trigger guard. Shop at Hull, Yorkshire.
