A Fine .451 Percussion Match Rifle by J. Kerr, London, No. 834. With browned rifled barrel signed along the top Jas Kerr, 36 King William Street, London. E. C. rifling in fine condition, with profusely engraved breech and tang, fitted with adjustable Vernier long range peep-sight, border engraved signed lock profusely engraved with scrolling foliage, the cock decorated ensuite, figured half-stock with chequered grip and fore-end each with dark horn cap (old repair to woodwork above the lock), border engraved butt plate and serial numbered trigger guard, no provision for ramrod, in beautiful condition overall.
