With browned sighted octagonal barrel, cut with multi groove rifling, beautifully engraved breech plug, foliate engraved steel tang incorporating rear-sight, signed and engraved lock decorated with scrolling foliage, the cock decorated en suite, singed in script, half-stocked in walnut, carved with floral design at the fore-end and deep chequering at the grip, engraved steel mounts comprising butt cap with pricker, spurred trigger guard and engraved barrel key escutcheons.
