With sighted browned barrels engraved ‘LONDON’ along the top flats, decorated with a band of engraving at the breech and fitted with platinum plugs, foliate engraved tangs, foliate engraved case-hardened locks, signed ‘MORTIMER’ and with ring-necked cocks, full-stocked in walnut (some small cracks at front of locks - commensurate with age) cut with deep chequering at the grips, engraved German silver furniture including foliate engraved engraved trigger guards and turned ramrod pipes with captive ramrods, horn fore-end caps: in an associate case with some accessories including bullet mould, powder measure etc. In lovely condition overall
