A 25-Bore 1856 Pattern Percussion Rifled Service Pistol, dated 1858. With leaf-sighted barrel rifled with four grooves, plain tang, flat dated lock stamped with TOWER and with VR crowned on the tail, figured full stock stamped with suppliers name Moxham stamped with numerous War Department and inspectors marks, the butt pierced for shoulder stock and stamped en suite, regulation brass

mounts, iron lanyard ring and stirrup ramrod, Ordnance view and proof marks.
