A Flintlock Holster Pistol by R. Waren. With octagonal to round slightly swamped brass barre, engraved with foliage at the breech and stamped with Warrens own barrel smith mark and London proofs, border engraved steel tang decorated with scrolling foliage, flat bevelled lock, border engraved, signed on a scroll and decorated overall with scrolling foliage, full-stocked in walnut, inlaid with scrolling foliage around the tang, tutaneg mounts comprising side-plate depicting a castle and stands of arms, vacant armorial escutcheon, long eared butt-cap border engraved and decorated with flowers and a stand of arms on the butt, trigger guard engraved with a flower head on the bow with acorn finial, turned ramrod pipes, horn tipped ramrod with worm.
