A Superb Untouched Blunderbuss by Parkes of London. With three-stage octagonal to round barrel, belled at the muzzle and fitted with a sprung bayonet. Stamped at the breech with Tower of London private proofs, plain steel tang fitted with bayonet release catch, curved border engraved lock, signed ‘Parkes’ in script below the pan, cock decorated en suite, full-stocked in walnut with raised foliate moulding around the tang, with brass furniture comprising, engrave side-plate, buttons cap and trigger guard with acorn finial.

A real sleeper. It appears completely untouched.
