With round turn-off barrel, stamped below with Birmingham proofs, profusely engraved box-lock action, signed ‘SIMMONS’ within an oval to the left and ‘LONDON’ within an oval to the right, fitted with a sliding safety catch, slab sided walnut butt with vacant rectangular escutcheon.
