An 1821 Royal Artillery Officers Sword. With slightly curved single edged blade cut with a long fuller running along the back edge, etched with scrolling foliage, ‘Royal Artillery’ by winged thunderbolts and ‘VR’ cypher, regulation steel hilt with chequered back-strap, wire bound fish-skin grip. No scabbard.
