With round blued turn-off barrels (one frozen) decorated with bands of foliage at the muzzles, signed ‘SMITH’ and ‘LONDON’ below the pans, border engraved box-lock actions decorated with Britannia shields and stands of arms on both sides, fitted with sliding safety catches that also lock the pans, finely chequered swelling walnut butts with engraved silver butt caps, fold down triggers and stamped with London proofs.
